The latest issue of the European Journal of Risk Regulation, a Cambridge-based Q1 academic journal (https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/european-journal-of-risk-regulation/latest-issue) has been published under the guest editorship of Fruzsina Gárdos-Orosz and Zoltán Szente, research professors at the Institute for Legal Studies. It publishes the results of the international research project entitled Constitutional Risk Management in the V4 Countries, which is being conducted at the Institute between 2021-2024 and led by Zoltán Szente. In the journal issue, prepared with the participation of Czech, Polish, Hungarian and Slovak researchers, the study defining the framework of the research program is the work of Zoltán Szente, the article presenting the Hungarian situation is the work of Fruzsina Gárdos-Orosz and Evelin Burján, while the comparative final chapter is written jointly by the two editors.
